Shipping

Once an order is placed you will receive two email notifications from us. One confirming receipt of your order and the second when your order is shipped, UPS tracking information will be provided in this email.

Same day shipping on any orders placed before 1pm EST, Monday to Friday, except holidays.  Orders local to the greater boston area should be delivered within 2-3 days of the order being placed unless extraneous variables prevent timely delivery. All other orders allow up 10 business days, depending on your area. For guaranteed delivery by a specific date, select expedited shipping option during the checkout process.

Delivery Method:

"You-do-it-Electronics" Center ships via the United Parcel Service (UPS).  Standard UPS shipping rates do apply. You will be given the option for expedited shipping at checkout. Shipping rates are based on total package weight. A signature may be required upon delivery per UPS.  

Orders will be delivered Monday through Friday. For weekend deliveries, orders must be placed over the phone, please call us at    781-449-1005 and ask to speak to the orders department.

All oversized orders will be delivered by freight truck.

Editing/Canceling Orders:

If you wish to change or cancel your shipping order, this must be done within 30 mintues of the order being placed. Please call us at 781-449-1005.

Shipping Terms:

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

We only ship within the United States, please allow extra time for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other remote areas.

Lithium batteries are only allowed to ship via UPS ground.

All orders are subject to approval. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.
