All products online are available for store pick up. Just simply add those items to your shopping cart and during checkout select the Store Pick Up shipping option and complete your order.
You will receive 2 email notifications from us. One confirming receipt of your order and the second when your order is ready to be picked up.
We make every effort to complete store pick-up orders within 1 hour, however we cannot guarantee this.
Note: If you place an order after 4:30pm*, it may not be ready until the following day. This time may also be subject to change during holiday season. If you place a store pick up order when we are closed, you will receive your second email notification from us during the next business day. To ensure you receive this email, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your Safe Senders list.
If you need to cancel your in-store pick up order please do so within 15 minutes of it being placed.

What do I need to pick up my order? You will need a government-issued ID and your "order ready for pickup" email. If you are unable to print your pickup notification email, the Associate can view it on your mobile device.
Can someone else pick up my order? Yes, you can add an alternate pickup person by entering the persons full name who will pick up the order under order notes. This person can pick up your order by presenting a valid photo ID and must have the pickup notification email.
Where do I pick up my order? Store pick up orders can be picked up at our customer service desk located in our first floor lobby.
How long will my order be held?
Orders will hold for 7 business days. If we are not contacted, your merchandise will be placed back in-stock and automatically refunded to original form of payment.
